OpenEye seeks a high-energy Inside Channel Sales Representative to help drive the on-boarding, growth, and development of OpenEye channel partners. You will be responsible for building relationships with established security and video security dealers nationwide. Your focus will be to onboard these dealers as new partners to OpenEye and then work towards becoming their primary manufacturer of choice. You will perform demos showing what OpenEye’s products can do, collect information to build proposals and chase down deals. You will also answer inbound calls from interested dealers that want to sell our product and set them up for success from day one.
What your day will look like:
- Making outbound calls to potential partners
- Perform demos of our products to new partners and to their customers
- Generate new and repeated sales by building strong relationships with Partners
- Educate partner sales teams and employee on OpenEye and the products we offer.
- Prepare quotes based on clients needs
- Answering inbound sales calls
- Other administrative or sales related tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales or channel management experience, preferably in the Security, Saas or IT industry, but not required.
- You have great communication skills, are comfortable presenting and can build relationships easily.
- Accurately maintain records in salesforce and other systems
- Ability to develop relationships and engage at all levels within partners (Sales to C-suite)
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and other business software
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines and work in a target driven environment.
- Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but within a team environment
