Your Job 

• Performing RF measurements (2 port / 4 port) 

• Analyze data, draw conclusions, present and discuss with RF development team 

• Assessment and improvement of characterization process on a regular base 

• Support re-ramp of a LoadPull/Harmonics tester 

• Set up and calibration of RF test site in Fab1 RF lab 

Required Qualifications 

• Technical University Degree (Bachelor/Master) 

• Strong experience in RF measurement techniques (2 port / 4 port) 

• Strong experience in LoadPull/Harmonics testing 

• Good ability to write code to automatize measurements and/or analyze RF data 

• Device physics background 

• Good understanding of process integration 

• Solid knowledge in RF technology 

• Good abilities to adapt methods to a wide diversity of software tools covering mathematical tools (Matlab), and Measurement software tools (IC-CAP, Labview) 

• Understanding of standard DC and RF measurement methodologies 

• Experience for on-wafer DC and RF characterization of, e.g., SOI and bulk CMOS devices and implications for suitable test structure design.  

• Familiarity with fully depleted SOI technology
