Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in kitchen management and/catering for large groups, with a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing particular kitchen operations, ensuring that our food offerings meet the highest standards of taste and presentation while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Duties • Assisting the kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork. • Following menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. • Implement food handling procedures that comply with health regulations and safety standards. • Manage inventory control and minimizing waste. • Trained cooking techniques, food safety practices, and proper equipment usage. • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. • Execute events, coordinating with managers to meet client expectations. Experience • Proven experience as a Chef is essential. • Strong knowledge of food management principles, including inventory control and food safety regulations. • Experience in kitchen management with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. • Familiarity with hospitality standards and the ability to create memorable dining experiences. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment.
