Key Responsibilities: • Lead all culinary operations, from concept to execution, with creativity and discipline. • Create and evolve a modern Italian menu that is seasonally inspired and guest-focused. • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. • Foster a culture of respect, learning, and accountability in the kitchen. • Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to create a seamless dining experience. • Develop and manage kitchen financials, including food cost, labor, and inventory controls. • Champion food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the kitchen. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or high-level Sous Chef in an upscale dining environment. • Deep understanding of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and traditional techniques—with a willingness to innovate. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining successful kitchen teams. • Ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. • Passion for hospitality, team development, and continuous improvement.
