Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management, with a focus on quality, creativity, and presentation. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.

Duties
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
• Plan and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Coordinate catering services for special events and banquets.
• Monitor kitchen performance, adjusting processes as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in culinary roles, including fine dining or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management.
• Knowledge of food service management principles, including inventory management and control.
• Familiarity with catering services and banquet experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent cooking skills with a solid understanding of various cuisines and food preparation techniques.
• Background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and other departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
