Key Responsibilities
As Chef de Cuisine, you will:
• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Design and execute a menu that highlights Mediterranean and Central Italian flavors.
• Prepare and perfect handmade doughs, pasta, and other signature dishes.
• Oversee ingredient sourcing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to uphold culinary standards.
• Maintain budgets, control food costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop solutions for challenges such as staffing, supply chain issues, or operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with ownership on menu development, seasonal specials, and long-term strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-quality restaurant setting.
• Expertise in Coastal and/or Central Italian cuisine, with strong dough and pasta-making skills.
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, including cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Passion for creativity and innovation in the kitchen.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards in quality and presentation.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
