Chef de Cuisine –B-Lux Grill & Bar Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aChef de Cuisine –B-Lux Grill & Bar. Dive into bold flavors at B-Lux Grill & Bar, Kalahari's All-American dining experience. B-Lux serves up gourmet burgers, handspun milkshakes, craft brews, and comfort food favorites—all with a fresh, creative twist. It's the perfect spot to relax and refuel in a fun, laid-back atmosphere. Salary Range- $75,000- $85,000 based on experience Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations. • Lead and mentor culinary and kitchen staff. • Oversee labor management, inventory, cost control, and compliance with food and health safety regulations. WhatWe'reLooking For • We require a background of 3 years of progressive culinary experience and 3-5 years of culinary management experience. • Background in high-volume, full-service kitchens or upscale casual dining. • Proven experience with kitchen operations, including labor scheduling, inventory control, and food costing.
