We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our culinary operations.
Job Summary
The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest level of food quality, consistency, and efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, creativity in menu development, and the ability to manage and mentor a dynamic culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Menu Development & Execution: Design, create, and refine innovative dishes that align with the restaurantβs concept and seasonal offerings.
β’ Kitchen Leadership: Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring a positive, high-performance culture.
β’ Quality Control: Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and quality of all dishes.
β’ Operational Management: Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control to optimize efficiency and profitability.
β’ Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
β’ Team Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
β’ Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or similar role in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant.
β’ Strong leadership and team-building skills.
β’ Deep understanding of food cost management and inventory control.
β’ Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Knowledge of current culinary trends and ability to innovate.
β’ Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards.
