Hey there, Chef Choi here. Hope you’re doing well and absolutely crushing it in life. We need you. Choi’s is a Korean-American restaurant coming up on our two-year anniversary. We’re a young, hungry team - literally. Everyone on the team is in their twenties. And that means two things: • We make mistakes. Tickets run red, inventory gets missed, and our mise en place isn’t always perfect. We’re still building systems and structure. That’s why we need you. • We have heart. What we lack in polish, we make up for in passion. We care deeply about making every guest feel at home and proud of their experience with us. Most nights end with soju, beer, and late-night conversations about how to get better. That’s why we need you. We’re looking for people with energy, positivity, and grit. I don’t care about experience as much as I care about attitude. Heck, who am I to ask for experience when I am young and inexperienced.
