Job Description

Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production and kitchen management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff, maintain high standards of food safety, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality food preparation and presentation. • Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain stock levels. • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. • Monitor food production processes to optimize efficiency and quality. • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. • Handle shift management responsibilities, including scheduling and delegating tasks as needed. Experience • Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry. • ServSafe certified • Strong background in food service management, including supervising kitchen staff. • Experience with high volume service, inventory management, and food handling practices. • Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management.
