We take pride in blending traditional Latin flavors with modern techniques, and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef or Experienced Cook to join our team and lead the kitchen with creativity and expertise in Latin cuisine. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead our culinary team who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for Latin cuisine, a strong background in kitchen management, and the ability to inspire and train staff in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. - Create and maintain high-quality, consistent dishes that reflect the unique flavors of Latin cuisine. - Develop and execute seasonal menus, incorporating fresh and local ingredients. - Maintain food cost control and ensure efficient kitchen operations. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards. - Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet business goals and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
