• A large and nationally regarded Community Health System is seeking to recruit one full-time Ob/Gyn physician.

• Established over thirty years ago, this Community Health System services a diverse patient population. It also includes a large Latino community population all within the Chicago metro area.

• The ideal candidate is a mission-driven physician who wants to make a difference for the community.

• Mentorship by tenured physicians is provided.

• If the ob/gyn physician is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English, it would be a big plus. However, this is not a requirement and is not mandatory.

• Visa sponsorship will be provided if the candidate is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Their offices are equipped with a lab, ultrasound and x-ray machines.

• 60% Gynecology and 40% OB

• 25 to 40 Deliveries Per Month with the Midwives Performing 15 to 20 of those births

• Call Schedule: About 1:8 (24 Hour) Calls per month

• HOURS: Five Days per Week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• One Evening per Week, 1 PM to 8 PM (later starting time)

• One Saturday per month, 8:30 AM to 1 PM

• Totaling 40 hours per week, including Administrative time

• Average patients seen: 20 to 24 per day

• Call Schedule: About 1:8 (24 Hour) Calls per month

• Availability: Ob/Gyn residents who completed their training during 2025 and/or will be completing their training during June of 2026, as well as Ob/Gyn physicians who already have work experience are all welcome to apply and will all be seriously considered!

• Compensation: Salary range: $250,000 to $300,000
