As theChief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving lead generation, and expanding our market presence. You will also be instrumental in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance client contact and engagement across all touchpoints. This is a full time in-office position, located in New Hyde Park, NY. Hours are 9 AM-6 PM Monday through Friday. Chief Marketing Officer Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Lead the conception, implementation, and evaluation of robust marketing strategies to drive exponential growth across multiple channels. • Develop and implement strategies leveraging AI and ChatGPT to deepen client relationships, enhance personalization, and increase client penetration through data-driven insights, automation, and intelligent communication. • Support The LCF Group’s strategic partnership initiatives as we scale — including identifying and cultivating relationships with funders, referral partners, and industry collaborators. Utilize our proprietary technology to create opportunities for joint ventures and expand our reach across the financial ecosystem. • Oversee demand generation across online and offline channels, including customer acquisition, marketing operations, content development, social media engagement, influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event marketing. • Establish a structured framework for marketing innovation and experimentation, advocating for strategic investments to drive sustainable growth and measurable outcomes. • Develop novel strategies to enhance both broker and direct sales channels, improving performance through refined messaging and integrated marketing campaigns. • Manage the complete marketing budget, prioritizing expenditures to ensure strong new customer acquisition and sustained marketing profitability. • Partner with stakeholders to set goals, forecast performance, and monitor key growth metrics while providing strategic counsel and actionable insights to the executive team. Chief Marketing Officer Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related industries. • Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing within direct-to-consumer or B2B2C business models. • Demonstrated experience integrating AI-driven marketing tools (i.e. ChatGPT, automation, or predictive analytics) into communication or lead engagement strategies. • Strong track record in early-stage or growth-stage environments, showcasing adaptability and innovation. • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to align marketing strategies with business goals.
