Chief Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Python Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and executing Python applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This role offers the chance to tackle complex problems and produce pioneering solutions that have a direct impact on the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Python applications
• Utilize knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management
• Develop integration architecture to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Utilize AWS for deploying and managing applications
• Employ modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS for web UI development
• Uphold software architectural styles and maintain compliance with design systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to resolve these issues
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python with a minimum of 7 years in custom application development
• A minimum of 2 years in a relevant leadership role
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Skills in AWS solutions
• Knowledge of integration architecture
• Background in software architectural styles and design systems
• Competency in web UI development using modern JS frameworks like ReactJS
• Effective communication skills with diverse teams
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
