We provide advisory services, technical implementation, and strategic guidance to clients across industries. We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy aligned with business goals. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions for clients, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and tokenized systems. • Oversee the technology team, including software developers, blockchain engineers, and technical consultants, ensuring high performance and innovation. • Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and trends to maintain the company’s competitive advantage. • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of blockchain solutions and infrastructure. • Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide actionable blockchain solutions. • Establish best practices for software development, blockchain architecture, and technical governance. • Participate in strategic business decisions and provide technical insights to the executive team. • Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are integrated into technology solutions. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in blockchain, fintech, or software consulting firms. • Strong expertise in blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, etc.), smart contracts, cryptography, and decentralized systems. • Proficient in programming languages relevant to blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, JavaScript). • Experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in blockchain and digital assets. Preferred Skills: • Experience in tokenomics, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, or enterprise blockchain solutions. • Previous consulting experience advising clients on blockchain adoption and integration. • Track record of innovation and leading high-performing technical teams.
