As a recruitment incentive, we are offering a $200 recruitment bonus and an $800 retention bonus to flex 10, regular part-time and regular full-time positions. (This does not apply to Flex 00 positions)** Note: The recruitment bonus will be paid to the New Hire upon appointment; the retention bonus will be paid to the New Hire after 6 months of satisfactory employment. • This is a pay-banded position.
• Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

• This position may be filled as Regular Full-Time, Regular Part-Time or Flexible. The Regular Full-Time has a minimum workweek of 40 hours and is eligible for benefits. The Regular Part-Time has a minimum workweek of 20 hours and is eligible for benefits. The Flexible position has no minimum workweek and is not eligible for benefits.
