Chinese Partner

We are looking for a Chinese person strong development skills and will become a bridge between China HQ and Turkey R&D on our software projects.

• Proven working experience as a key developer in software development projects who can design and develop complex business scenarios,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English,
• At least 6-7 years of experience in software development and strong knowledge on Java, Android
• Strong communication skills, solution oriented

Good to have skills are listed below;

• Experience with spring, HTML, React/Vue.js, Microservice Architecture, Elastic Search, Kafka etc.
• Experience in RDBMS databases (Oracle, MySQL etc.) and NoSQL databases
• Enterprise Integration, SOAP, REST, Integration and Messaging Middleware
• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices (Docker containers, Kubernetes technologies)

Responsibilities;

• Coordinating China HQ executives and Turkey R&D branch
• Work as part of the software development team, supervise and improve development best practices, perform code reviews.
• Work with HQ team and Turkey team to clarify the requirements.
• Working with the project PMs to help execute project plans and coordinate on issue solving in terms of project requirements.
• Multi-tasking and managing various project elements simultaneously.
• Hard worker with high commitment on deliverable deadlines and quality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team awareness
