Chirurgiemechaniker (m/w/d)-100%

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

• Selbstständiges Herstellen und Montieren von komplexen, vielfältigen und einteiligen chirurgischen Instrumenten
• Einrichten des Arbeitsplatzes sowie Arbeiten an konventionellen Maschinen
• Schleifen, Entgraten, Feilen, Biegen, Richten, Bohren und Montieren von chirurgischen Instrumenten und Einzelteilen
• Erlernen und Beibehalten von Prozessanforderungen im zugewiesenen Bereich, um Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Produktionsziele sowie Schulungsanforderungen zu erfüllen
• Durchführen von In-Prozess-Prüfungen und Qualitätsprüfungen nach Vorgaben
• Durchführung von Funktions- und Oberflächenprüfungen
• Termin- und sachgerechte Montage nach Fertigungsauftrag, Montage- und Prüfanweisung, Verfahrensanweisung und Zeichnung
• Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Messinstrumenten
• Mitwirken an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bspw. als Chirurgiemechaniker/-in, Werkzeugmechaniker/-in Fachrichtung Instrumententechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberufs
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder eine Kombination aus Bildung, Erfahrung und/oder Ausbildung
• Sorgfältiges und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten
• Bereitschaft, in anderen Bereichen zu unterstützen
• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
• Englisch-Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
