Get to Know the Team

We are looking for a City Associate to join our team in Tanjung Pinang, Indonesia.

Get to Know the Role

As a City Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations, contributing to the development and improvement of our vibrant city. The role will be directly report to the Manager. The role will be onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Assist in coordinating and managing various city projects and initiatives.
• Implement and oversee the operational strategy at the city level, focusing on enhancing both mobility and delivery services to meet local demands.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle management of Grab Driver Partners, from the initial recruitment and onboarding process to ongoing engagement and support activities.
• Lead project management efforts by breaking down complex problems, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests, and guiding projects through to successful implementation while ensuring that outcomes are sustainable.
• Collaborate with specialized teams to launch and promote new products and services that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 1+ years of experience in city management or in the field of sales/revenue generator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis skills.
