Pay Transparency Statement:

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. Once successfully completing training period, you will be assigned a route and will receive a daily rate plus component pay. Pay amount will depend on route and volume.

• Pay: $70,000 + Once training period is complete, Uniforms and PPE are supplied.

• Shift: Full-time, Day shift Monday through Friday

• Home Daily (local routes only)

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
• Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
• Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
• Pick up returned product as required
• Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• Complete company training and certifications as required
• Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
• Other projects or duties as assigned
