Class A Driver

Our Drivers have Local Routes, home every night and Weekends Off! They are integral to the success of our business because they are the last stop in our customer experience. We are currently looking for talented, hard-working individuals to join our driver team. • Route deliveries with regular shifts allowing our drivers to be home with family each day. • World-Class Benefits program* (see below). • Well maintained equipment allowing for driver safety and exceptional customer service. • Flatbed or Stake-bed experience a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: • Strap down and maintain quality control and to organize workload for maximum effectiveness on a flatbed • Represent the company in a customer-friendly and positive manner • Communicate clearly and concisely • Strong detail orientation and understanding of safe work processes and procedures • Be an effective team member Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years and older • At least 6 months experience as a truck driver • Valid Class A Driver License • Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.) • Strong knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations • No recent moving or driving violations • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) Please note our new teammate will work in the warehouse when not on the road.* IMS Offers a World-Class Benefits Package • Medical | Dental | Vision | Life | 401 (k) with company match | Vacation Pay | Sick and Paid Holidays | Wellness Gym (At Most Company Locations) Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
