We are presently seeking a Cleaner for our Dessau Fountain Estates community located in Austin, TX, who will maintain the cleanliness of community common areas, including those of the office and model, while serving residents in a professional and efficient manner. As a successful Cleaner, you will: • Clean all doors inside and out, all door jams, and the area surrounding the front door. • Wash all windows and window tracks. • Dust, vacuum, and clean community office, model, pool bathrooms, and porches at least once a week. • Clean all light fixtures and replace light bulbs as needed. • Empty trash bags and clean and deodorize garbage and trash cans. • Clean and restock laundry rooms. • Report all maintenance issues to the Community Manager. • Deliver flyers/notices as requested by Community Manager. • Assist with ground maintenance to maintain common areas free of debris and assist with snow removal, including salting of porches and sidewalks. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements • A minimum of 6 months previous experience residential cleaner, preferred. • High School diploma or GED required. • Valid operators license. • Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist and walk continuously. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to tolerate exposure to cleaning products and other chemical compounds. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities independently.
