Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for the evening shift starting at 6 PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. This role is essential in upholding our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain pristine surfaces. • Carry out janitorial and custodial duties, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained. • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency of the premises. • Engage in residential painting projects when necessary, contributing to the overall aesthetic of the environment. • Provide porter services by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas. Experience • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred, with a focus on commercial or industrial environments. • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is highly desirable. • Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services will be considered an asset. • A background in residential painting or porter experience can enhance your application.
