Cleaner/Janitor

Overview We are seeking a consistent and detail-oriented Cleaner to assist with a new investment property located in Temecula, CA. This is a large property that will come with daily duties throughout the week. The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of leadership and ensure that every space is left organized and welcoming. We are a fast paced organization, always busy, and expanding. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks such as general house upkeep, laundry, maintaining restrooms, bedrooms and common areas. Duties may change on a daily basis depending on the current projects that we are working on. The property guests will include staff members, contractors, or executives of the company. Specific directives will always be provided as needed. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces/games. • Manage cleaning tasks efficiently, adhering to schedules. • Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices,bathrooms,kitchen,bar areas. • Maintain floor care by ensuring carpets are cleaned properly and hard floors are scubed as we are a high traffic location. • Assist with any additional cleaning tasks such as kitchen cleaning or organizing spaces to enhance overall appearance. Experience • Previous experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is a plus. • Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for interacting with clients effectively. • Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping standards is an advantage. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
