Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties • Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. • Ensure all restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. • Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards. • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Qualifications • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required. • Liability insurance required within 30 days of hire • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently. • Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move objects as needed. • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the organization.
