Cleaning Technician / General Labor

OurResidential Floor Techniciansare responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, while providing customer satisfaction. You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay. $800- 1200/ week We provide genuine career opportunities and in-depth training with a true “promote from within” approach, a method that our leadership team has been built on. These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area. Qualifications: • Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime • Experience using hand tools. Power tools preferred, but will train • Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently • Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred • Valid, US driver's license. Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record • Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
