As a Client Availability Leader you will provide a pro-active approach assisting your client to improve its IT availability and you will support the client to construct collaboration between the client IBM delivery team vendors and subcontractor organizations. You will be a dedicated and named trusted technical advisor and consultant to your Client.
As a Client Availability Leader you will provide account leadership to the IBM service delivery team to meet contract deliverables. You will manage schedule and service deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization and the IT availability of your client. You will support service delivery quality and you will be responsible for tracking and reporting service level agreements/objectives (SLAs / SLOs) of existing IBM maintenance contracts at your client. As a CAL you will be part of the German TLS Delivery Duty Manager System and will need to be willing to be on call duty 6-7 weeks per year.
5-10 Years in-depth technical experience in supporting client IT einvironment
5-10 Years in-depth technical education and experience in at least one of the following skill areas (IBM Power Systems IBM z Systems IBM Storage Solutions)
3-5 Years in-depth knowledge in supporting an IBM Systems Platform or MVS
3-5 Years managing different client emergencies and crisis situations
3-5 years communcation skill with higherlevel management in complex client situations broad client and industry inside
ITIL Experience
fluent English German
3-5 Years expertice in teamleadership (different non local heterogenuouse)
