We provide clients and partners immersive experiences that help them see the power of IBM technology explore options that work for their business and then co-create alongside them. Innovation Studio professionals do this by working closely with the different IBM go-to-market teams like sales client engineering client success managers along with marketing as well as leveraging IBM’s experts in the product management and IBM research and development teams.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Client and Partner Engagement Leaders own and manage end-to-end client engagements from building the team to overseeing content creation to leading workshops. They work closely with other engagement team members to ensure seamless delivery of the overall client experience. They possess a broad knowledge of IBM products and solutions and have an understanding of current technology trends and co-creation processes. They have exceptional presentation development and delivery skills along with outstanding facilitation and active listening skills. They possess strong collaboration and consulting skills and have consultative selling and business development skills. They are analytical and data driven and possess a high degree of situational and emotional awareness (sensitivity to diversity cultural differencesetc.). They possess a sense of urgency in terms of follow up.
Additionally helping with the ITSS (IT Security Standards) compliant maintenance of our munich studio infratructure. Furthermore the usage and configuration of our network is essential for implementig and executing immersive workshopsy
Continious passion and curiousity to stay up to date with the latest technologie trends is expected to showcase our demos in a way to wow our customers and impact the sales pipeline of IBM in a positive way.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge about ITSS and managing devices in a compliant way
• Experience to maintain a complex network infrastructure including Services for example: DNSDHCPVLANROUTING IDS/IPS
• Troubleshoot issues regarding network and infrastructure
• Basic experience with IBM Standard Firewall offerings: BlueMarc and Rulesets.
• Operating/maintain complex A/V Systems.
• Basic understanding of robotics and the suitable infrastructure technologies
• Programming Skills: Crestron Simple shell scripting
• Basic understanding of IBMs AI solutions
