What We Need The Client Engagement Representative is an hourly, non-exempt role responsible for engaging existing business-to-business customers to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support continued sales growth. This position focuses on making outbound calls, conducting customer feedback surveys, and providing timely follow-ups to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty. The Engagement Specialist Representative follows established processes and scripts while serving as a key communication point between customers and internal teams to capture insights, resolve concerns, and promote engagement. Responsibilities • Place outbound calls to existing B2B customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction. • Follow a structured script to ask questions about product performance, order experiences, customer service, and distribution needs. • Accurately document customer responses, feedback, and engagement notes in the CRM system. • Identify customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department (Sales, Customer Service, or Operations) for resolution. • Track and share insights on product trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after issues have been resolved. ExperienceNeeded • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred. • 2 years of customer service, retention, inside sales support, or call center experience. • Strong verbal communication and listening skills with a professional, friendly phone presence. • Ability to follow structured call guides while adapting to customer needs. • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills. • Prior experience using CRM systems, call logs, and tracking tools. • Experience in distribution, wholesale, or B2B industries is a plus. • Experience selling vape products preferred.
