Client Finance Manager

You will work with the Finance Director and all client service teams to ensure that all projects are managed following our client contracts. You manage client revenue forecasts, revenue recognition and the reconciliation of project budgets including hourly reporting and OOP project costs. Other responsibilities include client profitability management, billing scheduling, reconciliation and reallocations, monthly status meetings and managing "work-in- progress".

• Manage all client financials following client contracts and agency policies and procedures
• Manage status meetings with our client service team where projects are reviewed, researching any issues & resolving and issuing billings as contractually required or escalating issues to Client Service leadership
• Manage and reconcile "work-in-progress" in collaboration with client service team.
• Prepare revenue forecasts
• Reconcile the accrued and deferred balances including client income and monthly close activities
• Maintain all client files and job jackets
• Special projects including Financial Planning & Analysis

So, what are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience with an advertising agency / professional services company preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player (Excellent communication skills, both written and oral)
• Strong analysis skills, detail oriented and a proactive thinker
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advance Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Can use and adapt to new computer programs and billing systems
• Experience with Maconomy, Cartesis, SugarCRM or Ground Control a plus
