Client Manager

We are hiring a Client Manager to join our established Client Services team. Could this be you?

The role

You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget. You will be accountable for flawless project management, strategy, and research. You will seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits. You are the central point of communication on one or more brands, and are accountable for the accurate and timely flow of information between the client and the internal team. You ensure that all milestones are met and partner with the client directors on all key relationships. You will participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and development of strategic deliverables.

What we are looking for 

You will have experience in a similar role, ideally in branding consultancy working on B2B and/or FMCG projects. You will have first team and client leadership experience and experience collaborating across multiple functions, studios, and personalities - a real team player. You are passionate to drive client growth, spot opportunities to close the deal with selling the offer and meet challenges head-on and deals proactively with them to find a solution.

You must be fluent in both German and English.
