Job Description
Client Managers will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its clients. Your role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and contribute to the growth and success of the business. This position will sit onsite at our office in Cleveland, OH.Β

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver on client requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on projects, new offerings, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients as needed.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal stakeholders and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and contracts.
- Generate regular reports on client performance, activities, and results for internal review and analysis.

- Proven experience in client management, account management, or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC preferred
Helios Service Partners determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. This position pays between $22-$26 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
