About the role

As a Client Partner at Design Bridge and Partners, you are the strategic linchpin between the agency and our valued clients. You will cultivate deep, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring we deliver exceptional work that drives tangible business results.

You will be responsible for driving organic growth within existing accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to expand engagements and championing Design Bridge and Partners' value proposition. This role demands a highly strategic and commercially astute individual with a passion for creative brand development and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams to success

About you 

You are a natural relationship builder with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of confidently engaging and influencing senior stakeholders. You possess a deep understanding of agency service offerings and a keen eye for impactful design, coupled with a strong understanding of clients' business challenges and the broader marketing landscape.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resourcefulness in problem-solving and a proactive approach to exceeding client expectations. Your leadership style is both inspirational and collaborative, fostering a positive team environment where everyone feels empowered to deliver their best work. You are passionate about nurturing client relationships, exceeding expectations, and driving tangible business results through strategic and creative excellence.
