Client / Project Coordinator

What you’ll do

• Work with Client Services colleagues for everyday project management of client work
• Manage and control project requirements, assists in managing timelines and resources accordingly, writing timely meeting minutes, ensuring that the project team know the project status and have everything they need
• Contributing to the preparation of cost estimates that define the scope of work, preparing timelines, alongside scrutinising budgets.
• Manage budget, forecast, invoice, resource and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets
• Ensures regular updates of client status reports, resourcing requests and invoicing
• Supports the creative and production process, including briefing, amends and delivery

What you’ll need 

• Previous experience in a similar role within a brand / design agency
• Required - English fluency, nice to have - Italian and Greek language skills
• Previous experience in project management of design projects, huge plus if you understand and have experience dealing with type creation and type foundry work.
• The role will require managing projects from brief to production of final assets. We’ll need support in scoping, financial management, timeline creation, co-ordinating between global client service teams (sometimes clients), the designers and freelance. You must have a keen eye for detail!  
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate with individuals from various disciplines outside of your immediate team.
