Assurant seeks a work-from-home Client Relations Associate who will support our client's queries via phone or email. In this role, you will resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. This is a front-line support opportunity to resolve our clients' issues. This will include inputting data into the system for communication with the clients.
This is a remote position in Washington state.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Supporting inbound and outbound calls. This will include responding to voicemails within 24 hours and making outbound attempts to resolve client and internal inquiries regarding questions and concerns relating to the client's portfolio and/or accounts from our clients and our internal teams.
- Professional and accurate written communication in an email format to send new requests, respond to inquiries, and complete follow-ups with our clients and internal teams daily.
- Working escalations forwarded to our team from our Compliance, Legal, Collections, Data Entry, and Sales departments to obtain documentation and/or validation on outstanding requests and/or to address concerns.
- Work independently from home while maintaining focus and regular communication with the internal teams.
- Multi-tasking skills to work within multiple programs while maintaining your emails, working the phones, and working your help tickets, also known as Cast daily.
- Attention to detail to review and understand account ledgers, stay compliant with specific client-preferred escalation and contact processes, and understand details of contracts with both past residents and clients.
- Regular follow-up is to be completed on all requests previously sent that have not been resolved with both clients and our internal teams. This communication is verbal and written via phone and email programs.
- Utilize Outlook, Outlook calendar, and Cast program for reminders and communication.
- Proactive, accurate, and prompt communication establishes good rapport and client relationships.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- A minimum of 1 year of client services experience
- Experienced with updating data in live time.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experienced with focusing while maintaining company expectations and working independently from your home with continued communication throughout the day with our internal teams.
- High attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritize your workday and stay on track independently.
- Tracking and communicating the work you complete daily.
- Complete client and internal staff's written and verbal requests within 48 business hours professionally and accurately. This will include but is not limited to account updates, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Complete escalated requests from other departments and clients professionally and urgently.
- Utilize reminders within our system to set follow-ups to complete additional outreach as necessary due to non-response on previously requested information.
- Understanding and utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Blink phone system, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task within several programs while maintaining accuracy and allotted timeline with your work.

Pay Range:
$15.44 - $23.93
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
