What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Representative • Manage client accounts: Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and consistent support • Build client relationships: Develop long-term connections through communication, service excellence, and trust • Support business success: Resolve inquiries and guide clients through service options that align with their goals • Drive business outcomes: Identify upsell opportunities and recommend tailored business solutions to enhance value • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with sales, support, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless client experience • Track and manage data: Maintain detailed records of sales interactions and performance insights to improve service delivery • Strengthen business retention: Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement Who We're Looking For • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and customer-first mindset • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple client accounts and follow through reliably • A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment • Interested in growing a career in client relations, sales, or account management • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support is preferred but not required What You’ll Gain • Weekly pay with performance-based incentives • Hands-on experience in client management, client success, and business development • Real growth opportunities into team leadership, account management, or project coordination • A full-time role where your input is valued and your success is recognized Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Work Location: In person
