About the Role: The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client partnerships, driving campaign success, and supporting new business growth. This is a strategic, hands-on role involving both high-level relationship management and day-to-day oversight of campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in delivery. The successful candidate will be an experienced account manager who can turn relationships into long term partnerships as well as ensure client service levels and KPIs are met and able to see a project through to completion. Role Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management · Serve as the primary contact for all assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based partnerships. · Manage multiple accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and exceptional client satisfaction. · Maintain high-level relationships with clients, accredited fundraising partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual success. · Key accountability for all client relationships and performance of client campaigns. Campaign Oversight · Oversee campaign setup, logistics, execution, and service levels to meet KPIs and contractual obligations. · Undertake campaign performance review meetings and lead ongoing client negotiations to sustain profitability. · Report on the campaign performance to senior management and clients. Strategy & Growth · Assess the commercial viability of current and potential campaigns, developing robust growth strategies. · Identify and translate sector trends into actionable strategies that enhance client results. · Advise senior management on marketing strategies to position the company as a preferred provider. · Attend industry and networking events to showcase the company’s achievements and build sector relationships. Reporting & Analysis · Report on campaign performance to senior management and clients, including KPIs and financial outcomes. · Research, monitor, and analyze relevant industry data to inform decision-making. Leadership & Collaboration · Lead by example, fostering a positive, high-performance team culture. · Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and drive business improvement projects assigned by senior management. This role reports to a highly experienced Senior Client Manager with over 20 years of expertise in managing client relationships. Skills and Attributes: · Multiple years account management experience · Demonstrated initiative · Exceptional attention to detail · Always innovating and looking to improve processes · Demonstrable evidence of project management and analytical skills · Ability to synthesise and interpret numerical data and create senior level management and client reports · Start-up mentality and hands on approach · Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint · Dynamic and warm personality · Diplomacy in problem solving · Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational deadlines · Ability to solve problems, as issues escalated to you will require solutions from you. · Knowledge of face-to-face fundraising, the charity sector, prize draw, lottery and gaming sectors is desirable Hours of work: Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm San Diego, CA 92101 (Required) Travelling to meetings may be required from time to time.
