As a Client Sales Associate, you’ll be at the epicenter of our sales engine, blending strategy with customer service to drive success. Imagine being the go-to guru for everything sales-related! Key Responsibilities of the Client Sales Associate
• Client Management – Own the end-to-end process of client enrollment, ensuring all details are accurate and clients have a seamless experience from initial contact to full onboarding
• Support Sales Team – Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and successful enrollment of new accounts
• Client Relations – Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their needs and support their enrollment journey
• Reporting & Analytics – Track sales and enrollment progress, providing actionable insights to the team and ensuring that enrollment targets are being met
• Proposal Creation – Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals for potential clients, highlighting our services and streamlining their path to enrollment
• Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and successful enrollments
• Problem Solving – Identify challenges in the enrollment process and work creatively with the team to find efficient solutions that maximize success
• Client Feedback & Improvement – Gather client feedback throughout the enrollment process and suggest improvements to enhance overall experience and enrollment efficiency
What We’re Looking For in a Client Sales Associate
• Enrollment Experience – Previous experience in enrollment or customer-facing roles, ideally in a sales support or account coordination environment
• Excellent Communication Skills – A natural communicator who can simplify complex enrollment details and build rapport with clients
• Attention to Detail – You love the little things and ensure that every enrollment process goes off without a hitch
• Team Player – You thrive in collaborative environments and are always ready to support your colleagues
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM software, data management tools, and other sales platforms that track enrollment progress
• Problem Solver – When things don’t go as planned, you think outside the box and find creative ways to get the enrollment process back on track
• Time Management Skills – Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities, especially when it comes to enrollment timelines
