Client Account Associate Responsibilities: • Educate and guide customers through the available services, providing accurate and comprehensive information to ensure clarity and confidence. • Deliver top-tier customer service, including follow-ups after installation or service delivery to ensure satisfaction. • Customize service and pricing packages to align with individual customer preferences and needs. • Handle inquiries and concerns efficiently, offering timely and effective solutions that reinforce customer loyalty. • Attend weekly training sessions to expand your product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry awareness. • Collaborate with senior Client Account Associates and other team members to build a cohesive, high-performing work environment. Client Account Associate Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed performance goals. • Professional, personable, and adaptable with a customer-first mindset. • Quick to learn and able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
