72 Solutions is a sales and customer service company based in the San Antonio area. We partner with clients to bring their products and services to new markets, and our mission is to create a better, more personal customer experience in the telecom industry. We’re excited to be launching brand-new telecommunications services for AT&T and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us as Client Service Assistants right from the start. As a Client Service Assistant, you’ll be part of a fast-growing, goal-driven team that’s reshaping how customers experience sales and service. Client Service Assistant Key Responsibilities: • Engage directly with both new and existing customers to provide expert information about our client’s services and address sales inquiries. • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that meet the unique needs of each customer, offering tailored sales solutions. • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, increasing the potential for referrals and additional sales opportunities. • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all sales and customer services • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams and managers. Client Service Assistant Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or client support. • Prior experience as a Client Service Assistant is highly desirable. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude toward challenges. • Commitment to joining a company that values inclusivity, diversity, and team development. • Upholds integrity and values transparency and honesty when working with colleagues, clients, and customers. • Focused on delivering top-notch results while maintaining company standards and ethics. • Strong organizational skills, able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, whether working independently or in a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
