F&G Promotions has recently expanded to the Phoenix area and is looking for the next great addition to our Client Service Associate team. Our firm specializes in conceiving unmatched customer experiences and enhancing our client’s brand awareness. We have been fortunate enough to work directly with some of the most renowned household names across the globe. Over the years, we have helped our clients grow tremendously by devising innovative advertising, sales, and customer-focused campaigns that exceed the status quo.
Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level Client Service Associate team. Our entry-level Client Service Associates are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.
Responsibilities of the Client Service Associate:
• Regularly communicate with new and existing clients to promote products and services specific to their needs
• Answer client's questions with the utmost professionalism, honesty and transparency while focusing on the quality of the services and products available
• Train directly with seasoned Client Service Associates and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role
• Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
• Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
• Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering client service efforts and the overall brand experience
Requirements of the Client Service Associate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or different consumer-facing environment
• Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
• Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Client Service Associate

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
