Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for interfacing directly with our wide range of existing business clients across the Healthcare and Financial Services industry in a fast-paced Collection Agency environment. Your workday will be largely spent communicating with clients via email or phone and ensuring that they receive the best possible customer service that we can provide. Responsibilities will include: • Route all inbound phone calls to the proper departments. • Managing client relationships and providing customer support. • Providing status updates to clients on a variety of accounts. • Answering and responding to questions and concerns from clients. • Responsibly handling confidential documents, photocopying, scanning and electronically faxing. • Updating and maintaining databases. • And other related or unrelated administrative tasks. Qualifications: • Written communication skills: this position requires the ability to craft clear and concise emails when communicating. • Professional phone manner. • Punctuality and strong attendance. • Precision and thoroughness is required. • Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to multitask. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.). • A background check is required.
