Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Client Services Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support regarding their insurance policies, claims, billing inquiries, and account updates. You will collaborate with agents, underwriters, and other internal departments to deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing issues, coverage details, and claims processes
• Maintain and update client records in the system accurately and promptly
• Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available services
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and privacy standards
• Document all client interactions and transactions appropriately in the agency management system
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with insurance products and industry best practices
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• State insurance license (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) must be obtained prior to start date
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
