Client Service Representative -Direct Hire

Pathfinders is working with a specialty insurance firm! We are seeking experienced customer service representatives with a professional attitude to join our team! We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team! In this role you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and agents. Responsibilities: • Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums • Accurately enter and update policy information • Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies • Provide price quotes to prospective customers Requirements: • Bachelors degree preferred • Previous insurance experience is a plus! • Excellent communication skills • Strong MS Office skills Details: · Full Time, M-F between 8:30am-5pm · Pay: $22/hr · Location: Horsham, PA Pathfinders has more than 25 years of staffing experience nationwide.
