Client Service Representative

We are searching for afull-time Client Service Representative or Receptionistto join our team in Fremont, CA! We’re offering an hourly rate of$20 - 25/hr based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits. The schedule for this position is a training schedule of Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm for the duration of 6 - 8 weeks. Upon the completion of training, the regular schedule will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, as well as Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm. We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players committed to excellent client service and interested in the field. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and ready to kickstart their veterinary careers! You’d be a great fit if you: • Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service veterinary or medical setting. • Are comfortable around cats and dogs • Strive to provide each client with compassion and care • Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic • Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent. Your primary responsibilities: • General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc. • Rooming patients and taking a brief history • Client communication • Managing phone lines • Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital • Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian • Medical records management About our Veterinary General Practice: Since 1959, Central Veterinary Hospital has strived to bring excellent medicine and surgery as well as a gentle, compassionate touch to the pets entrusted to us.
