About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing Client Service Associate to provide high-touch support to clients and their advisors while assisting in policy servicing and contributing to process improvements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and insurance providers to manage policy performance and ensure seamless client experiences. Responsibilities: • Work with insurance companies to gather policy information. • Communicate with clients, advisors, and internal teams regarding in-force policies. • Prepare and review policy performance reports and premium allocations. • Monitor automated servicing activities and ensure records are up to date. • Support the team with additional tasks and maintain high standards of service. • Stay informed about industry developments. Requirements: • Excellent communication and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in life insurance is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. This role is in office 5 days a week.
