Position Summary:

Company 3 is looking for a Client Services Representative to join its team! Our Client Services Team is driven by a commitment to maintain its reputation at the forefront of the industry by providing the most gracious and savvy hospitality possible. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, communicate and prioritize effectively under pressure, and should possess a genuine interest in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced creative workplace.

Main Duties:
As a Client Services Representative, you will build excellent client relations by creating a warm and inviting working environment. You will set up daily coffee and breakfast set ups, restock communal snacks and beverages. You will plan and execute weekly events such as in house client happy hours and mid-day treats. You will oversee all steps of service during supervised and unsupervised sessions, including greeting clients, ordering meals, preparing food and beverages and ensuring that visitor and staff requests are fulfilled with the utmost professionalism.

Other duties include:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areas.

• Order supplies and miscellaneous goods while maintaining a budget.

• Plan and execute celebrations for birthdays and holidays.

• Work with the larger Client Services team to plan and execute larger annual parties.

• Order client gifts, handle reservations for client dinners.

• Work directly with Operations to optimize efficiency within the department.

• Run errands as needed.

• Cover the Front Desk team.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate will preferably bring prior restaurant or hospitality experience. You will bring a strong understanding of both service and hospitality. You will bring an ability to anticipate needs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment; adaptability; acute attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will also bring the following:

• Flexibilty with hours (late nights and weekends; holidays).

• Self- starter with an artistic eye and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to maintain polished and mature demeanor while

  attending to VIP clients.

• Ability to listen, communicate well, and make connections.

• Interest in Hospitality.

Company 3 / Method Studios provides a full range of Creative Services for content creators, including conceptual design, pre-vis, look development, ideation and rapid prototyping, 3D animation/CGI, motion graphics/designers, matte painting, compositing, dailies and production services, color grading, post-production finishing, marketing/trailers, live-action production, experiences, and more.

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off.
