As a Client Services Representative, you'll lead direct customer acquisition by representing Frontier's cutting-edge products, from fiber internet to mobile and home entertainment solutions. Through hands-on training, you'll master the portfolio and connect with customers to deliver tailored presentations and seamless activations. What Will I Be Doing as a Client Services Representative?
• All Client Services Representatives utilize a lead-generated database and direct outreach (residential setting) to engage with potential consumers to educate them about our client's wireless products and services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Frontier's comprehensive product line, including mobile plans, fiber internet, television, smart home services, and current promotions.
• Assess individual customer needs and recommend customized Frontier solutions aligned with their lifestyle and preferences.
• Present Frontier services with clarity and enthusiasm, articulating key features, advantages, and value to drive interest.
• Navigate the entire sales process—intro, demonstration, documentation, and activation—with efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle questions and concerns professionally, reinforcing trust while securing sales outcomes.
• Consistently surpass sales goals and performance benchmarks outlined for the Frontier initiative.
• Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately logged in CRM systems, while upholding brand integrity and a customer-first mindset.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Client Services Representative?
• A high school diploma or GED is required; coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or promotional marketing roles involving direct client interaction.
• Strong drive to learn and succeed —comprehensive training is provided.
• Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage directly across diverse audiences.
• Highly motivated and results-driven mindset with a competitive edge and proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions.
• Comfort with fast-paced sales environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $950.00 - $1,300.00 per week
