What You’ll Be Doing • Answering customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor. • Scheduling jobs and coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. • Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer requests. • Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on service quality. • Working collaboratively with team members to solve customer problems.
