What You’ll Do: • Client Success:Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. • Sales Support:Respond to inquiries, provide detailed information about our services, and convert leads into active clients. • Scheduling & Coordination:Collaborate with families and team members to schedule initial consultations and services. • Build Relationships:Establish trust with families and caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and informed. • Documentation:Maintain accurate records in our client management system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. • Team Collaboration:Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
